According to webhostingtalk.com,they are in group of host which offer big space and bandwith,but low reliability.But it is your choice.

1. They are slooooooooooow (in my experience).
2. Support sucks (takes between 1 and 17hrs to get a reply).

I've used them and they suck, not good for high bandwidthed/traffic sites. They will suspend your account if you go over a certain limit per day. Stick with tear2hosting, using them and they are great
