programm to bring all mp3 tracks on the same volume-level

ok i got a small dj-job this weekend and im just preparing myself for it.

got my playlist and all ready but the problem is some tunes are recorded very quiet compared to others.
i don't want an unsmooth switch of the tracks.
so is there a programm to get rid of this problem?
