Everyone in the States should know who he is. I'm really sorry to hear it. When I was getting into journalism as a kid he was one of the folks I enjoyed following. One of the other's died last year..that generation of journalist is on the out.

Ed Bradley was cooler than the other side of the pillow. I hope he inspired alot of young black kids that there are possibilities beyond stupid dreams of rap music and NBA stardom.

i was talking to somebody today and they described him as 'elegant' - and in a masculine way he truly was.

RIP Ed - gone much too soon.
