It's tough

It is really tough, unimaginably tough, to get back into a healthy working gear after going into Hell on Earth.

Make a commitment to like 2 weeks of good eating and good sleeping, etc. Nothing beyond that, just 2 weeks. You will feel better enough to be motivated to go farther. After, it's just a matter of will power... then before you know it, you'll have beaten the tiredness and the funk and you won't even believe it's you.

Thanks, that's what I decided I am doing last night. I stopped eating really well a week ago and going to the gym and was starting to fall apart a week ago. I think the gym will be good today.

Life is suffering, but you need some balance. :)
