Sadly, I don't think all the shouting in the world is going to make the slightest difference. Our friends Nort and Howie (Paymonde's president and c.e.o. respectively) seem clearly deaf to our pleas. In all probability, this is because they've got wads of our money stuck in their ears (and their offshore accounts).

If you want to shout, I'd suggest you start by contacting relevant authorities in Montreal.

I do not understand all these threads about Paymonde, i have 5 clients set up using Paymonde, and they have had no problems, no missed payments, etc.. the other day we set up a new site, it was approved within a few hours and i had a question so i called them got through no problem.

Not saying they are th best, just strange that i handle 5 accounts (Plus my own) and i have not seen a problem yet.

All these clients have been with them since the IBILL fallout and have never had a problem yet.

Just my :2 cents:

Then you're lucky.

As you can see from other threads, I am not the only one having issues, or trying to get a resolve. For every one person who's business as usual. There are others not getting paid, or returned correspondence.

AdultX, thanks for chiming in. I'm sorry if I had come off like I was attacking you. That's not the case. As we've seen in the different threads, some people are getting paid, and their correspondance replied to. There are plenty of others who are not.

I know some of the people who are not getting paid, besides myself, on a personal level. So I know that it's not just some board persona making drama llama.

But in your case, it sounds like it's business as usual. For some of us, it isn't. But I've called, e-mailed, and submitted tickets. Still no replies, nor deposits owed.

Back when Ibill was going down, there were lots of "Hey, Look I got my check this week!" and "I'm having no problems!" posts....

Thing is if there is even ONE person having a fucking problem, then eventually, it will be everybody's problem. Including yours...

Thank you! This is absolutely the lesson that we should all have learned from the Ibill debacle. Unlike Barefoot, I do not know a single soul on this board, but it is clear to me that many, if not most Paymonde webmasters are getting shafted. The very fact that Paymonde refuses to comment either on their own site or here concerning the problems they are having OUGHT to send up a huge alarm to everyone!!!

My guess is that they will be out of business in a few weeks and that many of us will have lost our collective shirts for the second time in a year!

For me, I've learned my lesson. I will not trade with any processor who does not have a system in place that protects my money. Verotel and Segpay seem to me to be the only viable choices available to anyone who does not want to put their hard work and hard-earned money at risk.

Yeah,.. I am not sure many people willing to wait it out and support the crumbling castle like before. It must be disheartening though for those who have thousands, or ten's of thousands tied up in rolling reserves.

But as pointed out.. if one person's not getting paid, or replies to correspondence, then there are probably others.

Payout delays by Paymonde

Hi guys,

this is the second time that paymonde has delay with the payout.

Hope they can solve this very soon .

Thats why we should use only the bigger ones as CCBILL,VEROTEL in the future.

kind regards

After all what happened to processors ( or so called processors ), I can't figure out why we have to give a reserve ( security ) ....

I think it should be the other way around : they gives us a reserve for holding OUR money.

Exactly! It's like throwing a bundle of money at a limited liability corp and ignoring a receipt or any security. On a biz level - that's totally insane :pimp

True BVF - it was a matter of paying some accounts and ignoring the rest. Meanwhile digging themselves deeper into the swamp and eventually not paying anyone.

If Paymode/Funds2Go are incapable of financing their business - get the hell out now and appoint a real (independent) liquidator to finalize with creditors.

Exactamundo.

However, they are probably looking at which page of the iBill staff playbook they want to start at. They will be hiding in the background and some new company in a few months.

Now this is an idea that is not only right-on, but absolutely brilliant! High-risk processing indeed -- but sadly only for the poor webmasters.

Just so you folks know...

720 montpellier #509 is (if I remember correctly) a rental apartment... and the phone number is a cellphone. Combine that a hotmail email address, and you have a ton of great information to work from.

Good luck.

Compared to what we lost when the old Ibill sunk, the loss of 3-4 grand to the thugs at Paymonde (the new Ibill) is not the worst thing that's ever happened to us, but what drives me INSANE is that these mofo's are continuing to rebill whomever they can without any intention whatsoever of paying webmasters. BTW, this is called fraud where I come from.

Exactamundo.

Which is probably why they locked my access because I cancelled rebills. However, to no avail. After this month, as members 30 days run out. The iMonde script will be removed server side. So even if they rebill, they will have issues.

I have e-mailed members already letting them know more more iMonde. So they can all call their banks and do chargebacks after this month. So then they will start getting hit with those, or fraud, depending on what members tell their credit card companies.

Seems like a whole lot of hastle for iMonde instead of paying me, and returning correspondance.

SwirlsGirl 11-10-2006 11:59 AM

they told us on the phone today that we should have our payout by monday. If we don't have it by monday then call back. Also I was told that someone from the "payout division" Would return my call yesterday with a detailed explanation for the delays.

The call never came. I think they learned the get rich on other peoples money from ibill. Does not look good. They also told me that they were working around the clock to get everybody paid. My question is this ....IF YOU DID NOT STEAL OUR MONEY...THEN WHY DON"Y WE HAVE IT IN OUR ACCOUNTS???????...Uhhhhmmm uhhhh... well.....what had happened.....ummm ..... "can I have someone form payouts give you a call back? "

Barefootsies 11-10-2006 12:09 PM

Um... pay on time.. Well they have already missed my 11-6 payment. So we are coming up on another one they will miss on Monday.

Where's my fucking money.

As for their merchant status. Reserves are held/froze for 3-6 months. So NoPayMonde will live up to it's name.
