The most stupid thing I've ever done? Joined this message board. I get sooo much more done when I spend a day away from this place. Although it's very entertaining and I've made some good friends, total waste of time.

Also once I sold a non adult domain to the largest popcorn producers in the us, ofcourse I didn't know that when I sold it
I guess the 3 lawyers that contacted should have made me wonder Shit the things you do when u are 15 hehe thats alost 5 years ago now If I had only known who it was I could have made my first $100,000 at the age of 15 hehe |
clinically proven... shameless self promotion http://www.pureghreleaser.com
but seriously... I ruined ifriends and have proof... its in the pudding |
Jumped on the cybersquatting bandwagon in 96. Thought it was a good idea until the lawsuits started flying. Settled all of them out of court without losing everything... my ass still hurts thinking of what one drug company wanted to do to me.
Accidently mail bombed a small isp in Florida from my university shell account in 97, crippling them (or so they claimed). University didnt take it so lightly. Was brought up on charges and they wanted me booted in my senior year. My defense worked brilliantly. I unshadowed their password file, cracked about 2000 shell accounts, handed them the stack and said "why would I do something like that from my account when I could have done it from any of these?" Charges dropped. Weeeeee |
About two years ago, I had a fortnight long argument with the owner of dotcomavenue.com about how his billing practices were unsafe and unsecure, in the forums of .net magazine.
And after all this time... I still think he's a fucking prick. :321GFY |
tits.com
I remember back in '97 I tried to register that one too, being a total newbie I thought it passed through, almost had a heart attack. That was before I knew about Network Solutions not allowing you to register names with "bad" words. Had to register all "tits" domains as"titts", lol. |
Made a raunchy personal website and plastered naked pictures of myself all over it, then later logged into it at work to see what it looked like in a different browser.
Didn't know there was such a thing as a firewall log, and was called into the IS managers office a few days later. I was like :uhoh strange...he wouldn't shake my hand after that |

its not as big as the .coms....but when the .ws sites came out, i had porno.ws
unfortunately I was in my girls room accross campus, and didnt have a credit card with me. But since i already typed it in, and went through the whole process it stored the names that people registered for and didnt purchase so other people could see the names and buy them. The next morning i went to register it and it was taken. my feelings were hurt. oh well...it was a good name, probably worth a few hundred bucks. shit happnes. but i did buy RiderUniversity.com and put up an unofficial website for my college. The school eventually settled, and I walked away with a little over $20,000...which paid for my senior year at college. Cant complain. Made my parents very happy. |
started hanging around here? I spend way too much time on this board....
