Ever go to lay down for what is suppose to be an hour nap

and wake up half way through the night? I feel like I am spaced out.

yup happens to me sometimes, i knock off the alarm clock so fast and go to back to bed for what i thought was 5 minutes but was really 5 hours :)

one thing i do now is place my alarm clock out of reach so i have to actually get up and walk over to turn it off :)

gecko 11-07-2006 07:35 PM

welcome to my world lol

happens to me on the weekends mainly. ill chill on the bed and watch tv for a while and then the next thing i know its 6 hrs later and my wife is yelling at me to get my lazy ass up! lol

i cant get outta bed early anymore its becoming a problem. since i dont have to be somewhere most of the time ive lost all discipline to wake up and get up, now i have a fucked up daily rhythm. I try to be able to have normal work days but its impossible when im eating breakfast at 1 in the afternoon every day...

DjSap 11-07-2006 07:49 PM

that usually happens to me when I'm jetlagged...damn I'm like a druggie when it comes to sleep then...

Do you have a hardon for sir Squishy?

reynold 11-08-2006 11:14 AM

It usually happens when I'm really really tired and sleepy.

Dagwolf 11-08-2006 12:07 PM

I used to. Now I can go to sleep any time of the day or night, in the sure knowledge that my sleep will soon be disturbed.

Over the last year I have gone the other way. I used to work all night and sleep all day. These days I just can't sleep beyond 8:30am. That is really odd since I have been a night owl my entire life.

I never take naps, I don't get extra energy from naps..after I wake up I feel all groggy and end up watching tv and not working for the rest of the day. I'd rather 'struggle' until like 10pm and go to bed.

I used to be like that too but I have insulin issues these days (not full diabetic) and sometimes the body demands a few minutes to reboot. Usually it only takes about 15 minutes and then I am good to go.
