Try an email. I've heard that occasionally people walk away from their computers for a few hours at a time (although I have never seen it happen).

They should offer some continuos support don't you think??

I'm sure that's not what he meant (or at least that's not the impression I got). From my understanding, Xlabor is a rather large company. Just like with webhosts (or any other large company for that matter), it's nice to have 24 hour support. I can see if it was an individual text writer, yes a person needs to sleep and eat and may not be available 24 hours a day.

Seems Xlabor needs to look into there support all I hear is problems contacting them.
