ok, i understand the following: URL, number of pics, category, email

anyone got any idea what the "name babe" and "review" sections are for? is this guy trying to take the piss out of me? :uhoh

i hope he isn't expecting me to write "amanda", "sarah" or something in the name babe field. i have no idea what the 'review' part is for. maybe i should just write "yes please"?

i don't dare write the guy. his reply could be even more confusing.

Name Babe = celbrity/model/pornstar name - he has these catagories, and they like to use the girls name as much as possible

review = description for your gallery link

When I don't understand a submit form, I just go to the site's main page and see how he generates the links. This looks like it is one of Gerco's sites - and the guy has awesome traffic.
