They usually rush to the press whenever it comes to the FCC. Hmmm....

When in the fuck did it become 6am to 10pm for "children viewers". Did they jack an hour, I sore it used to be 9pm.

They upheld nearly everything that the PTC wanted them to, and one of the dismisals was purely procedural.

What time zone are you in? 10PM I'm sure refers to Eastern time.
Network shows in the Eastern and Central time zones play at the same time (ie, if it's advertised for 10PM it airs at 9PM here). Where prime time is 8-11PM local time in the Eastern time zone it is 7-9PM here. An hour later the shows are repeated for Mountain time zone so that their prime time falls from 7-9PM their time. It's messy because NYPD Blue (one of the shows targeted by the PTC) is within family hours here, but an hour after it on the East coast.

Actually, I misread an article, they dropped charges against a couple shows that used the word "bullshit". The "fucks" are still under consideration.
