There are pot delivery services here in Los Angeles and I know several people who take advantage of it. Not me, though... I'm old school :-)

I use to smoke just to ease my stomach pains and be able to eat, but my throat and lungs were getting pretty torn up not to mention the buckets of money spent. So, this was my next best option....

Aside from the money spent, next best option would of been eating real thing.

The money was really the hard part because you do grow a tolerance to the stuff. But eating it wasn't really an option cause I couldn't really eat without smoking ... it's a big catch 22 with me and this, I've been dealing with it for many years.

Either way, I'm on a low dosage and you can feel some of the side effects, which are really funny when you read them. "Might cause an exaggerated sense of well being, may feel a sense of being 'high'" ... the list goes on and on.

You honestly couldn't quit smoking because of stomach pains? Did this happen after years of heavy smoking or did you start smoking to treat your stomach pains?

I've been on meds for my seizures for 15 years and throughout those years all the meds have made me vomit. So, no at age 10 I was not smoking pot to cure my stomach, I was just puking all the time.

Then when I went to college, I was more a recreational smoker but I didn't take my medicine like I should have, but I always noticed that if I had stomach pains smoking took care of it.

Then as I got older and graduated and such I stopped drinking and smoking cigarettes, but stomach issues always remained and when I smoked it would help it. I mentioned to doctors and did my research and THC is really known to help stomach problems ...

I have quit before because like I said the tolerance gets built up and such, but it always comes back to it. I lost around 25 lbs in one month due to one med and that's when I said I had enough.
