looking for a good dialer program....anyone?

Diallers are dying because :

1. Greedy crooks produced maliciaous variants resulting in disasterous PR
2. Increasing boadband penetration has rendered the old-style dialler obsolete anyway
3. Contant 3rd party software warnings are a real turn-off for the turned on surfer

PasswordByPhone employs the same billing mechanism as a dialer, but with none of the headaches associates with them...

Does dialler still work in China?
