If you are going to use such box covers pick better ones.
Hell you could even make them clickable to larger verions of the box cover.

In general I think the gallery is good but their are a few small things. The thumbs arent that good. You could have maybe choosen some thumbs with better action in them. It doesnt look like the thumbs have been worked on. I would recommend you to try and sharpen them a bit but like I wrote earlier pick some thumbs that is showing some really good action in them.

I am sure a lot of the sites you are submitting to are thumb sites so it's all about having really good thumbs if you want any traffic and those thumbs I think dont have much chance of getting a lot of clicks.

Structure of the gallery is very basic I would recommend you to think a bit outside of the box that usally works pretty well for me. :)
