Any of your kids/nephews/nieces/etc going to the University of Texas next year?
I'm about to close escrow on another condo across the street from the University of Texas/Austin campus. It is currently leased through July of next year but we are now looking at securing the leases for the next school year.
It is a 3 bedroom condo directly across the street from campus. It is in THE prime location for student housing, it doesn't get much better than this. It is 1400 square feet. Ideal for 3 to 6 students. If you are sending your kids, or you have friends, nieces, nephews, whatever, to UT next year, give me a shout. I would much prefer to lease it to someone I know. You have to move fast though, it will rent very quickly. Looking to get $2500 a month. http://www.sunupmedia.com/utcondo/pic1.jpg http://www.sunupmedia.com/utcondo/pic2.jpg http://www.sunupmedia.com/utcondo/pic3.jpg http://www.sunupmedia.com/utcondo/pic4.jpg We will also have one, possibly two, two bedroom's available starting 8/1/07 also. Just waiting to hear back from the current tenants to see if they are going to extend their lease or not. |
nice place and a great location. I'm sure you don't have problems renting those out as big of university it is. Very nice!

I actually just got back from a trip to Austin and Dallas this week, was out there looking at houses. I'm looking at a condo now that's downtown right across from the lake I'm debating on if I want to buy it or not.
