Don't sell it for less then 500K, just hire someone to run the business if your too busy.
A land based business doing 30K profit a month would sell way above 500,000.

Well it depends, how is the site aquiring new members? Does it have an affiliate program? Did the previous owner build a network of sites to pump traffic to it and are they included? There are a lot of factors that go into how that 30k/month profit will translate into a sale price but you could buy a paysite and have the profits tank the first month you own it if your not careful.

This is not my site, It is a site we put an offer in on, but based on above it is doubtful they will accept. 500k seems very high, I was more along the lines of of 75-100k, but we shall see.

It is a package deal... 200 domains pumping SE traffic, no affiliate program..... the profit is the hard thing to verify. 60k is the gross transactions on the site per month. Ive never run an adult paysite, but this one seems almost self sufficient.

But, seems risky, the site gets 4000 hits a day but all that could go away since traffic is all based on SE's.

Also, is 90 days a good retention rate for members??

better than most...but since you have never ran a paysite you will need to know how to update...also SE traffic is too big of a risk to me... like yys said,if that income was coming from an affiliate program there would be no need to worry...
