While sitting in your chair, lift your right foot off the floor and make a clockwise motion with it. While doing this, with your right hand index finger draw the number 6 in the air.
Now look which direction your foot is rotating.

if i concentrate i can do it the way it should be

first time i tried it, it made my foot change to counter clockwise. i was able to do it right the next time though...
