Video Converting Software

I'm looking for some really good video converting software.. I need to be able to convert to and from mpg, mpeg2, mp4, divx/xvid, mov, vob with no problems.

That's what I use on my Mac. It's nice because it can convert the VOB files to PSP format so I can load them onto my PSP.
