I have three galleries... Anybody want to help me out?

thumbnails look a little big

They should be even smaller?

Yes. In fact, there isn't a big difference between your thumbs and full size pics. Sizes of thumbs vary on galleries but 90 x 120 or a bit bigger is usually what a lot of webmasters use

O... ok Madrox helped me out with them.. but if they should be smaller i'll make them smaller

1.watermark your pics
2.add more sales text explaining why a surfer should pick your site to join
3.crop your thumbs in a bit tighter on the first gallery like you did on the second 2
3.but keep the amateur look of your galleries, don'tget too fancy
4.cut the tag out of your panties before a shoot

90x120 thumbs is too small these days, don't do that

Great content there. Yes, the thumbnail size is just quite big.

besides thumbs being too big, work on getting higher res pics for the full size images..

full size images should be at least 800x600 - around 120-200kb in size

get a new model?

The size of the thumbs in the first gallery are great for a video gallery... Also get yourself a nice header, tons of great designers on GFY :winkwink:!
