Caution food thread.
Ok my lovely woman made some outstanding brownies tonight. Not from a box mix either. She so rocks. She does not cook that often though so for the next batch she asked me if she could add marshmallows without adjusting other ingredients. That got me thinking, aside from the of course you can.
So my thoughts deviated to having her make a graham cracker crust, then line the bottom with either marshmallows of fluff and pour brownie batter over the top and bake. I do not care if it has been done, or anything else. I think it is a kick ass idea. Brownie smore pie.
PS. She slightly over cooked them just how I like them. Semi crisp, specially around the edges of the pan. I dislike chewy or fudgy brownies.
