Wholesale? Are you just looking for wholesale prices? Or do you intend to buy several chairs? If the latter, go direct to the vendor.

These chairs are amazing.

fr0gman 11-04-2006 11:51 PM

Damn... 6 months ago I could have gotten them direct from the whse...

MaddCaz 11-04-2006 11:59 PM

that shit looks DOPE

GoNe 11-05-2006 12:07 AM

That chair looks really comftorbale. The chair doesnt just look comftorbale it also looks very clean and nice. I wonder if they sell them here in Bangkok.

FelixFlow 11-05-2006 12:13 AM

where's a good, RELIABLE place to order them online ???

Dveron 11-05-2006 12:16 AM

I've had one for 4 years+ now and it's still the shit. Highly recommended :thumbsup

gecko 11-05-2006 12:55 AM

someone hook me up :)

Morgan 11-05-2006 01:01 AM

i have the chair... but i paid retail from http://www.ultimatebackstore.com

DWB 11-05-2006 01:04 AM

I have a knock off at my house here in the states. Exact same chair, was only a few hundred bucks.

Go to any pro office furniture store and talk to them about chairs. You may even find one better.

Everyone should build their office around the chair. Your back (and the rest of your body) will thank you later.

emthree 11-05-2006 01:14 AM

I almost bought one, but reality hit me. $800 for a fucking computer chair? I got a nice one for $300 that's heated and has a 10 function massager.

Matt-RevShare 11-05-2006 01:21 AM

When ever you need something like this, go to Ebay (spoken like a true stockholder):
http://search.ebay.com/search/search...Chair+-+Aeron+

Matt

bigmacandcheese 11-05-2006 01:23 AM

Backs are worth much more than $800 ;)

But maybe I'm just trying to justify satisfying an unhealthy design obsession

2HousePlague 11-05-2006 01:29 AM

We get calls about these all the time.

i would love to try one of these. from what i have heard people either love or hate them. can't be worse than my current chair though, it's very sad and needs replaced :)

Hotrocket 11-05-2006 01:45 AM

like DirtyWhiteBoy I have a knock off I have used daily for over 3 years..the best chair EVER! take a look at a good office supply store..you will find em there ..I paid about $200 and mine even has a head rest that this one doesnt..

Mr. Marks 11-05-2006 01:47 AM

Sweet looking chair. There's a lot of cheap Chinese knock offs. Just hit your closest Chinatown.

abyss_al 11-05-2006 02:10 AM

we're gettin' some at the office soon!! ninr ninr niiiiiinr

Peaches 11-05-2006 02:25 AM

I bought one about 7 years and sent it back. Bought a $150 one at Office Max that I'm still using and is more comfy :)

Babaganoosh 11-05-2006 02:36 AM

That chair is pure torture. I had one at the last real job I had. It was terrible. The reason they are so good for your back is you can't sit in them for more than 30 minutes at a time. I grabbed a folding metal chair and put that at my desk with much better results.

I'd recommend going to an office furniture store and sit in one for about 20-30 minutes and see what you think. It seems to be about a 50/50 split between people who love the chair and people who hate it. Don't buy it just because of the hype and nerd appeal.

they just have huge rep

Lee 11-05-2006 04:01 AM

I have one but need to get it fixed as the recliner part is broken (I prefer a chair that doesnt recline).

Lee 11-05-2006 04:03 AM

Oh and if you are larger than average its worth going for the size C rather than the much more common B.

thats the exact reason I still dont have one.

Some say its the shit but I hear more n more owners tell me the exact thing: cant sit for 30 mins and gotta move all the time.

I wish you could borrow them for a bit, cause theyre like $1500 here

yeah maybe so, but I can buy 4 of mine for the price of 1 of those too, so its kinda relative..might be worth it tho..I have to say tho I have absoultely no complaints about my knock off..best chair I ever had..and I can promise you I spend hours in mine sometimes without getting up..it just that comfy.

I have to agree with others tho..sure would be nice to be able to test em out over night..I think its a very subjective thing as to what is comfy for you compared to someone else.

wdforty 11-05-2006 04:46 AM

I got my Aeron a few months ago, great chair, highly recommended.

cranki 11-05-2006 05:00 AM

that chair is soooo internet bubble time... :)

a1ka1ine 11-05-2006 07:12 AM

very happy with my aeron chair:

http://www.jamescox.com/aeron.jpg

im sitting on it right now, have had it for over a year and feels the same to sit on as it did the first day (unlike padded/leather chairs which get worn really quickly with the amount of use I give them).

i got it from some small independent supplier in the UK so probably dont serve your region. they are expensive, but worth it. sure its 3x the expensive of an ordinary comfortable and quality office chair, but it will last more than 3 times longer and imo is more comfy :P

rodney25 11-05-2006 08:15 AM

Shit, that looks pretty comfy. :pimp

FelixFlow 11-25-2006 01:31 PM

awesome chair, i have one now and no regrets !!!

Dveron 11-25-2006 01:36 PM

I sit on mine all day and have never felt the need to get out of it after only 30 mins.

tical 11-25-2006 01:40 PM

awesome chair, not sure what these folks are talking about not being able to sit in it for more than 30 minutes... they must have some serious back issues

NaughtyAllie 11-25-2006 01:47 PM

Jake and I both have that chair but we paid retail at Room And Board

Good luck!

Great chair by the way! Since we sit in front of our computers 7 days a week, 16 hours a day it was worth the investment and my back doesn't kill me now. :)

pradaboy 11-25-2006 02:10 PM

That's about the best chair money can buy... you have to try it to believe it.
