review: tech n9ne ~ everready
goddamnit, everyone knows by now that tecca nina is a fucking lyricist like a mofo... although his music style might 'scare off' close minded hiphop fans his shit is the motherfucking bomb... so is his new album 'everready'.
i don't like every song, but still it's and extremely good album. I don't count the majority of the 2nd disc with some other artists on it and some metal bands he likes to present, the 1st disk is his album (Plus 3 songs of the 2nd disk, rest are the other artists). Some annoying beats, like the jelly sickle beat featuring e 40.. i really dont like that song. Another 'downside' is that I downloaded a sampler disk of 'everready' consisting of 9 songs that should be all on this real album. But they aint: the majority of this sampler cd is on the album, except for two extremely dope tracks that dont show a title on my downloaded sampler cd, one is a track about a 17 year old groupie where he turns psycho on (story telling at its fucking BEST, very fucking nice track) and one about him talking to himself with a very nice beat (concept of the song reminded me of 'worst enemy' of the 'absolute power' album). Other then the previous points his album is the shit. http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/...V39281345_.jpg official release date according to amazon: november 7th. |
And to think I wrote this perfect review when i was drunk as fuck... damn im good.
Im sobered up and i can tell you, my alcoholistic self was dead on, get this shit :thumbsup |
