Can we just ban all these damn contests.. all they are is surfers using post bots.. Hell from the looks of all the bumps the last 20 mins it's probably all the same person.

Time to definitely limit them. The board is getting way too boring with threads offering money for posting.

At minimum, don't start a contest that's gonna take a year to finish. :(

got on this subject in IRC, i bet $500 that if contests were killed, the board would run 100x faster

I cast my vote in favor of eliminating contests. I, for one, never read them anyway so they are just clutter in my book.
