would of been really something if you said that 45 minutes ago

They had to do that. They had used every single player and it would have hurt (literally) the pitchers who would have been stuck playing. The only other thing they could do would be to let the players who had come out of the game come back in, but that's changing a pretty major rule, and I can understand why that wasn't an option.

Sucks to see it end in a tie though...
