I have 3 girls right now wouldn't call it a business yet but its going good. My question is where do you find your girls at?

In the area I live there is a huge demand for escort services but their isn't any agenices. I need to find more girls so I can start in this area. The 3 girls i found i stole from strip clubs lol but it was really hard to do.

I dont know much about the business, but i know a couple people that tried to run them. Cops will be all over your ass inless then a month, and they will put you away..

Yeah, I tried that shit in NYC many years ago. Between the mob & the cops it was not worth the headaches. Before you find more girls try and find some dirty cops to partner with.

Girls that make money will bring in other girls. Run ads in the news papers for exotic dancers and massage. (I don't know where you live so I don't know if that will get you into shit or not, but here it does not) Troll BigDoggie.net and look for providers starting out and see if you can toss them a client here and there. That may turn into a regular thing. Strippers are OK but not your best bet. You want girls who are not hooked are large amounts of cash and are quick to do your appointment and not blow you off, like strippers do. Place ads promoting your service in alt papers and some cities allow ads for the Yellow Pages. Girls will call you once you are in these looking for work. HOWEVER... screen them carefully and watch what you say to them when you meet them. Could be a set up.

Now, the key to running a successful escort service... let your girls get into debt. Encourage them to buy cars and spend their money. It will keep them working. If they can stockpile their cash, they will get lazy and you will lose out on business. Sounds mean but that is the name of the game... KEEP THEM HUNGRY FOR WORK!!!!

With your clients... use a service like RoomService2000.com or some of the other services to help verify your new clients. Also use references from other escorts if you have that option.

It's a risky business, but if you figure it out you can cash in on it.

You can do it. Just seems like a lot of risk. How much cash are you pulling? Is it worth getting taken down? Is it worth having the mob show up at your door and crack your skull?

and you can be arrested for it 5 years from now. so what? investigations take time. each person is link to more... they get investigated... they are linked more people, they get investigated... then one morning... 3 years later, 45 "smart" people go to jail.

obviously some people don't realize that escort services that have licenses are legal. Its what the girls do that isn't and that is on them. There are guys that want companions to business dinners and other events that don't invlove any money exchange for sex.

depends on the state i guess... in WA you can't have anything to do with it and the laws are very clear in that you can't claim ignorance to whats actually going on. laws for things like "promoting prostitution" or something to that affect, which specifically address people in your position who knowingly arrange sexual encounters for a fee and claim you don't because "she's just being paid for her time". exchanging money for sex is illegal. being a part of that transaction or facilitating it, directly or indirectly usually is as well.
