How Partially Hydrogenated Are You?
I'm basically healthy (in appearance at least). Up until about 1 year ago I was pretty ignorant about the dangers of Trans Fats. Now, I read the ingredients of everything I buy at the grocery store. If it contains any partially hydrogenated oil, I look for a substitute. But now I'm a little concerned about all of the damage I've done over the past 3 decades.
What are the best types of foods to reverse the damage? |

if i was any more hydrogenated, they'd call me oreo. :) :) :)

pommegranate... eat one a day and you'll be reversing a lot of that damage. Also try to get broccoli and spinach at least twice a week, all fresh of course.

Fruits and vegetables will help and omega 3 fish oils might help also. Much depends on your genetics as to how your body will handle all that you've been dumping into it. At least go get a full cholesterol screening done and get an idea of just how much damage may have been done.
