weeds is always like that though, and most pay cable series, they are too short

oh and weeds was 12 episodes, that show is pretty good. They really need to do thier reseach on how much a pound costs etc and how long grow times are because its pretty unrealistic...nevertheless the season finale was intense

pay attention to the times in WEEDS though, sometimes a whole week or 2 will pass with each episode

Ha me too - This is the first time I've actually watched the show during the season. I still record it on the dvr then watch it at 10 so I can blow through the massive amounts of commercials.

So since were all on the "Lost" subject - Lets talk smoke! WTF is it and why don't the people who have seen it talk about it to the rest...

Personally, I've stopped trying to figure out the show. I just watch for entertainment. Its too damn crazy. :-)

I find myself getting too practical. Example: when Michael led everyone to the fake village by "The Others", my thought was after 2 months why didn't they get together beforehand and already have the island mapped out? For all they know there could have been houses or buildings on the other side.

It's because it's a tv series, shot more like a feature length movie per episode. It takes a long time to create each episode. The DVD commentaries from season 2 cover the reasoning and the process and so forth. Kinda sucks, but oh well..

now they do 15, 30, 43, 53 and the end

Jace, its fall finale. Maybe your Tivo cut off at the wrong time or something, but I was watching specifically for the next preview because I wanted to see if really was the season finale. It isn't. Its the fall season finale.
