This very large, extremely well known company/affiliate program is targeting my sites & utilizing blackhat seo to manipulate serp to overtake my positions for terms that should be entirely irrelevant & unapplicable to them.. I diligently keep track of my listings & rankings & I immediately notice a change.. & when there is a change, it is always the same fucking goddamned sponsors site.. getting listed for fucking keywords that are entirely irrelevant to the term or keyword being searched, & also for terms that should only be applicable to my own sites, because you should NOT be using MY fucking company names, nor unique site titles IN YOUR FUCKING SEO!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

A subpeona is being issued today to your hosting provider to gain access to all logs, pages, scripts & files located on your servers for the offending domain to gather solid, concrete evidence of your unethical, possibly illegal, wrong doings.... We'll specifically be looking at your scraper technology & all other scripts running from your server that scan your affiliates urls to steal their serp!!


Webmasters.. beware!! This sponsor is scanning it's affiliates sites & utilizing scraper & other black hat SEO to STEAL YOUR SERP & TRAFFIC!!

On the contrary, these are several #1 positions, which means I do not suck at SEO like your non webmaster surfer ass claims, however, unlike the offending culprit, these positions were obtained via working ethically & honestly whereas the scumbag using scrapers & such technically "stole" the position. Some of you posting here severely need a big lesson in reading comprehension here.. This is not about keywords, this is about a sponsor company scraping its own affiliates sites.. How would you like it if you have a brand, we'll call it Hoguwho for example.. How would you like it if this culprit scrapes your site, so when a surfer looking for Hoguwho products lands on their site & not yours? This by all means is trademark infringement & because the infringement is done with malicious intent, the case against them will be strong.. 2nd, note that if a scraper copies your text, they are violating copyright law which is also actionable in court..
3rd, because they are operating an affiliate program, one I am affiliate of, they are in violation of what is called Conflict of Interest Law.
