What speeds, formats & resolutions do you encode videos @ for your members areas?
Looking back over the past 2 years I'd say 85% of my clients do their own encoding. At the time we launched we decided to offer 2 formats and 3 speeds included at the same price as titles purchased by clients who wanted dvds only.
Of course we always try and accomodate webmasters that have needs outside of our pre selected specs and offer custom encoding as well (at a nominal fee) - but the reality is that times continually change so I want to hear your thoughts and maybe make some changes.
The specs we chose originally were really chosen more or less by polling site owners.

For webmasters that don't want to do do encoding on their own or don't have the time or staff - what do you think the ideal speeds, resolutions and formats are TODAY for video in your members areas?
