sit outside your front door area in a lawn chair or something, big baggy clothes, a hat that will cover you face good if you slouch with your head down... and jump up and scare the living shit outta them. My son and a friend did that a couple years back and it was total pants pissing hilarious laughter every time.

Until you run into a kid thats gonna kick them in the nuts.
