His first week here he kept referring to "making a name" for himself in the industry and I kept trying to tell him that it works both ways and if he kept posting nonsense all day he was going to make it so nobody would work with him. Obviously he hasn't heeded anyone's advice, he'll be gone in a few months and his name will live on as a joke here.

I doubt he will live soon. He made his name one way or another. A newcomer made nick that is alike SP. Rather popular. May be he posts nonescense sometimes and useless comments, but he broke no rules and he is rather polite and tactful. Why should he leave?
May be his salary 250$ or 600$ whatever is enough for him to live happyly.

I for one will continue avoiding those companies...Yes i may be missing out on a great opportunity but if the company is stupid enough to attach it's name to a non-webmaster in a webmaster forum, then how can it expect anybody to take it seriously as a business collegue?

Sigwhores ruin the company rep...(in my opinion anyways..)
