I used to be a real estate broker before getting into the porn-pimping business... and the similarities between internet marketing of PORN and internet marketing of REAL ESTATE are quite staggering!

I'm thinking of some ideas of how to bring more porn-like marketing to real estate. Eye candy is eye candy after all, whether it's big beautiful houses or big beautiful tits...

What state is that for? I use realtor.com for my searches. So far it's been great. If I need more info on a property I just hit the website of the realtor listed.

Wisconsin. The website is for a local "discount" real estate broker. His main emphasis in marketing IS the website- and isn't it striking how similar it is to a TGP? Click on any house thumbnail for more (free) photos of the house + text characteristics... And, just like porn affiliates, the website owner / real estate broker gets paid a commission when he makes a sale!

The downside of Wisconsin realestate is the property taxes we pay here.
My property taxes for last year were nicely into the 5 figures.

Are the schools good? I found out when I dated a guy in North NJ that while his property taxes were outrageous, the public schools were on par with the private schools. Granted, if you don't have kids that's not an immediate concern, but good schools = good resale value :)

We used to vacation in Wisconsin when we lived in Chicago. I barely remember it, but I'm always looking for places I can buy cheap land and stick a house in the middle with a big-assed locked gate :thumbsup
