Epoch stats probs???
 

Is anyone else experiencing problems w/ Epoch stats from over the weekend? Mine don't show ANY sales I made since friday & still doesn't.
Also, anyone know who I can contact directly about this?

I am having the same problem. I am being told that it is being worked on.

I just got off the phone with Epoch and they said that the stats will be back shortly. I about shit my pants this morning when our stats person told me we had NO signups. Epoch confirmed that they were all accounted for though and that all should be back to normal in a little while. :-)

A note from Epoch...

Epoch stats are currently not reporting the sales for the past fews days. However, all transactions have been captured and recorded properly. The stats will be working and all data will be accurately reflected by mid-day today.

The reporting error in no way affected transaction processing. Stand by for further information, or, write to me if you have any questions.

This affects online reporting both for primary accounts and resellers. However, data dumps and postbacks remain unaffected.

That's not quite right, the data dumps (.trn, .rcr, etc) files were unavailable. I was being redirect to billingsupport.com, probably on a 404.

My Epoch sales are back. Oh happy day
