Dreamsubmitter fucking up?
 

Anyone else notice with the prior or current version of DS, where it'll just plain fuck up and not fill forms at all, but pop a window with errors about matching form fields? I've rebooted, run reg mechanic, windows personal care (windows "fixit" tool), restarted DS about 30 times and no dice. Anyone else have issues with DS?

I have some problems with the latest database update. The two databases which you can download when you subscribe for three months is full with errors. Categories that don't match etc.

Yea I had the same problem talked to Nfield and he said it was due to the IE7 so I put it on the other computer with just plain IE6 and never had this problem again!

I use DS, I think its the best submitter all around, but its pretty unstable for me :( Anyone have similar problem like me? I mean freezing of DS during hyper submit (DS is unresponding and you have to kill in in processes) thought all JS and ActiveX are turned off. When I submit 5 galleries per day (to 500 sites per one gallery), I have to kill it and restart ds.exe around 5 times per day... But Tom and Nifield do pretty good work and I like working with them, but as I said, its importand to fix that problems, at least freezing of main program.

I didn't even touch the DBs and the forms just won't fill out after a few sites.

I use IE6 for this reason. Noticed the issues a lonnng time ago with a beta.

please contact me via cel phone on the contacts page of dream submitter. i will be more able to help you in regards to this issue. I know IE7 is beta and has lots of issues with it, however IE6 works much better. also Luke I am working on solving this issue with hyper, please hang in there, in the mean time, try closing the program inbetween submits so that it doesnt crash. I will be available monday for full on support with you guys, please contact me then and we will do the best we can to get you guys up and running okay. thanks!!

Thanks man. Appreciate it. Guys that's one thing I'll say about dreamsubmitter besides the fact it's loaded with a hell of a lot of useful features and easy to get past the learning curve, is that the support guys go above and beyond, Tom really rocks. Thanks again dude, looking forward to tackling this issue with you tomorrow.

This problem is caused by the upgrade to IE7. I use
Chameleon Submitter and had the exact same
problem. The only fix for this so far is to backout
IE7 and stick with IE6.

Chameleon support claims this is due to some new
security features in IE7 and they are looking into a
fix.

I never once had IE7 on here so I know it's not due to that, but I've seen issues with DS (and I guess you have with chameleon) with IE7.

DS is ok now. Tom saved the day as always. Figured out some tiny quirks with a form-filling routine and he's going to release the next .exe with the fix. All the issues mentioned above (ni IE) were resolved. :) Tom rocks and so does DS!!

Will the crashing problems during Hyper be resolved ? That'd be great !
