"new" credit card processor
 

Any1 in here uses http://www.verotel.com ????

My mainstream processor reccomends them for adult sites and Im thinking about swithing to them...

they got all payment optios for the surfer, credit card, check, 900 number, dialer

also affiliate program setup possible...

So any1 got any comments about em'?

I signed up as an affiliate once. I promoted the site very little as entering a 16 diget code was a pain in the ass. Don't know if they still have the 16 diget code thing now or not.

I used them and I was happy with them at first but they have really high fees for chargebacks. It got to be insane. They are bad at scrubbing and it will drive you up a friggin wall. Everyone bitches about the big processors scrubbing too hard but try getting $1000.00 chunks pulled from your checks at random intervals. Their tech support for webmasters was terrible. They have live support for members that works part of the day ( which was nice ). But try calling them if you, the webmaster, have a problem. I eventually removed all their users and closed the accounts.

Verotel will charge USD $ 15.00 plus the value of the transaction per chargeback.

So if you charge $40.00 per month, each chargeback will show up as - $55.00. Doesnt take many of those to cut into your net.

Verotel will charge USD $ 15.00 <------------- hehe im used to that but in average my chargeback/refund has always been under 0.2% and will hopefully stay there!
