It's not legal but it is viewed as ok. People often smoke a joint walking down the street. It seems as long as you aren't being an ass about it the police don't care.

nope, but its easy to find it, and if you have a really small quantity and police stops you, you can say it's for personal use and the most the can do it's take it away and a small recipe.... if quantity its big then you can have more problems because they can say it's traffic of drugs.

It's not legal, Barca and Andalucia seem to ignore it,
Valencia and Madrid are stricter though.

And you don't usually come across weed, its 95% hash.
