I've been hosting with ZipServers (no spam).

I am so proud of them... And happy that I hit whole year of uptime with my server ;) :pimp

I don't use that box for much, but have plans for it now... so yah - needs an upgrade.

My comment was geared more towards the "if it were managed, they'd be performing upgrades to the kernel, etc, and REBOOTING."

In my experience, Webair frequently performed upgrades, as I requested them.

i wouldnt be so proud on a server with 1 year uptime, what about kernel upgrades?
For example FreeBSD is (now a year later) at least 2 releases further
