ICS Entertainment in search of Product Manager
 

ICS Entertainment is actively searching for a Product Manager.

The Product Manager is responsible for key development, management and reporting of activities of the Playboy affiliate marketing product.

Specific Requirements:

1) Ability to give key input and guidance to graphic user interface and optimal purchase and user paths. This includes knowledge in affiliate behaviors and preferences, market intelligence and general marketing as it relates to the product and cross-promotional traffic generation within the ICS environment.

2) Proven ability to read and analyze data and be able to make decisions that positively affect the Playboy affiliate engagement & Playboy Online subscriptions.

3) Proven experience in being able to digest and analyze key sales data and to use that data to optimize sales, consumer click paths and improve on abandonment & cancellation rates.

4) Ability to aggressively consult with external partners. Also must possess strong cross-marketing know-how to fully leverage ICS?s & Playboy?s existing web properties so as not to cannibalize its existing subscription properties.

5) Work closely with Subscriptions Product Manager to leverage current membership base and create strong loyalty offerings that provide incremental value for the company.

6) Work closely with external data analytics group to keep consistent reports on all membership and sales activity.

7) Ability to think outside the box and cooperate/share data with external partners for ways to grow overall customer satisfaction and repeat purchases & activity.

8) Knowledge of emerging technologies and how these affect consumer touch points and interaction (and repeat activity).

9) Work closely with ICS & external partner customer service groups to figure out efficiencies that can be utilized across organizations for ways to counteract dissatisfied customers.

10) Attendance at prominent industry trade shows.

Personal Specifications:
Team player a must. Strong analytical and reporting skills a must. College degree in Statistics or relevant coursework or industry knowledge a must. Openness ? and knowledge of - adult content an absolute must. Experience in online marketing and traffic generation a must.
