Any one have webmaster support number for them? I know this is the one of the worlds mysteries. I can't get then to change my address for the life of me!

i have changed my addr several times with them. it took about 12 hours via email.

check their whois info, they have their number there...don't want to post the phone number here..

I already tried that. Only number provided as Admin and Tech contacts is Network Solution's phone number.

sure! i have 2 or 3 accounts myself, though i only use one.

When you log into your account -> change settings. Do you see the email address on that page. Did you try sending the changes to that address with the information they are asking for?
