Squishypimp Drama: Do you think less of programs that let him fly their sig?
 

In my opinion squishypimp is EXTREAMLY bad to your programs reputation.
I know Mike from Adultmovieclub think different, and I respect that. But what do you think?

Do you think less of programs that let a sigwhore like squishypimp fly their program in his sig?

Personally I think adultmovieclub is a great program, but I don't understand why they would want to be affiliated with sigwhores and people that cost other webmasters money by giving poor "advice" AND is annoying the shit out of productive webmasters.

If you know a little about psychology, you would know that it DOES affect peoples opinion about AMC, because conscious and subconscious people tie squishypimp to AMC thereby giving them a bad rep.

Remember, the question is not if its profitable, but if its good marketing.

I bet MANY click his sig! Not you and Franck, but other newbie webmasters

And that is the problem - he recommend programs on a no-knowledge theory on sales.

Things you don't know anything about = shut the HELL up, and don't give false advice because you are in fact causing other webmaster to loose money on Bandwith marketing

Why would I think less of the program? He's not out to hurt anyone. He's not making racial or hateful comments to anyone. He's not doing anything of ill intent. He's just posting a lot.

If that annoys you, then be annoyed with the person posting. What he does with his spare time has no reflection on the company that he happens to have in his sig. He doesn't even work for them.

I normally don't. Sometimes though you naturally start to think negative of a company or logo without really noticing. I mean look at the reputation Klik Revenue has around here now. I personally don't think less of the companies in sigwhores, but I can see how people would.

actually it says sth about the company, since they could buy f.e. yours ( assuming it was for sale ) or my sig instead of his and they decided otherwise

if the program has good shit and i can make money of off it then squishy or whoever flying the sig wont really make me have different thoughts

i've learned to ignore the sigwhores. alot of people will forget anyhow, in 6 months he'll be another one of the big posters that no one remembers where he came from. i don't have any major issues with him. he says some stupid stuff though. you can tell he's not a webmaster by how he replies to grown folk business. who cares though. let him have his fun.

How can you compare him to the assholes that just start problems and talk shit in every thread. I see so many that have nothing good to say and just beg to cause drama. Those are the people I would never give a penny to. This squish guy just makes lots of post and the rules allow it, If you want the rules changed then contact the owners of this board.

he's polluting the board klik rev style and i've never sent a click to them. I come here for some biz, some fun and to kill time sometimes while i'm awaiting a call or something. He's just annoying the fuck out of me.

So far 62.12% think less of the program in his sig. Kind of sad a sigwhore like him can influence a great program like AMC
