anyone here ever attend a real estate tax sale?
 

Been reading up on this and im no expert, It appears that I can buy unpaid real estate tax at auction for pennies on the dollar and then if the owner of the property does not pay up within 6 months after the sale the property becomes mine. Is this correct? Sounds too good to be true.
