Do you use a LINKSYS WIRELESS Router? Which one? Help
I got the new WRT300N today and its a piece of fucking shit...
It seems they rolled this crap out to soon......... I was looking at the Wireless G with Speedboost Srx whatever the fuck.... So question is there is a nice pipe coming in the Belkin Pre N one and the New Linksys N draft seem to be not so stable.... Give me opinions on what you got. |
Mine died on me last month. I picked up one by Buffalo Technology and it rocks. Great range, easy setup, never drops... etc etc...

I've got a Linksys WAP54G access point plugged into a BEFSX41 Cable/DSL firewall router.. both work well..
|
use to have the wrtg54 but it dies...now i have a d link called dir 625, its much better when it comes to range...so i definitely recommend it..

i have a linksys but I hate it. I have to reset it once a day and its fucking annoying. so i just plugged the lappy back into the land line. i heard it has something to do with the firewall in it, don't know if its true or not.

If I read it right, it's a WRTP54G. It never drops the connection.
Prior to that I had a wireless netgear that was pure crap. |
I am using the WRK54G which is another hunk of shit they put out to soon. I only use it to network my lap top and hardwired my office for stability instead. I am going to make a change myself soon.

|
i told you in two different threads to get the netgear router but you failed to listen. Maybe now u can put another $150 out and get it.

Lynksis sucks. Been there hated that. I use netgear and have had no problems.
|
I'm getting pissed off with Lynksys as well - mine drops if I watch a streaming video and stop it before the end.....

Motorola here... fucking great wireless router.... I think I've rebooted it 3 or 4 times in the last year.
