I can't send or recive any url over ICQ,anyone else have same problems? :helpme

I could see it as a default setting for people NOT on your list, but there is no setting for this! Ridiculous.

Im having the same issue + I cant send Any thing that has the word Euro...

You know that means server side they can F with things left and right.

Yeah well ok thats cool to crack down on spam. But let me tell you, I've had ICQ since it was brand new almost and I've never had spam problems in it. And I CERTAINLY have never had people on my list, who also have me on their list, spamming, lmao.

Ridiculous, lol.

I think this is only affecting people that are using the actual ICQ software, and not something like MirandaIM or Trillian.

yea, same here, I'm on trillian and can't send urls to icq users...
I can send urls to other trillian users and
other users can send urls to me...

Are you on Trillian or regular icq?

I have a problem with it one time. I couldn't the person I added online.. Though he said on email he was.

I predict that the president will soon announce the new international holiday "no url's over icq day"!

Hours ago my contacts list isn't showing and now its working fine.

I'm having the same problems, I'm using Trillian and just can't log into ICQ. This happened for a couple days last week as well.

i dont use icq enough to have it give me major issues.

I agree with, the software is out of date and full of holes.

Still no fixed.. cant send or recive urls... damn :(
