ICQ hyperlink issues?
 

Has your ICQ stopped sending hyperlinks too? Sometime last evening they just stopped working. You have to chop off the http://www. so that it's not linked, else it sends nothing.

Is it still not sending URL's to people who havent added you?

Started experiencing the same thing last night - started around 8pm EST. Been a total pain in the ass :mad:

I'm sure thats still a problem, but in this case it doesnt matter if they're added (or if they've added you) or not. It just wont send url's to anyone anymore.

Trillian connected to ICQ service works, so I assume it's in the stand-alone ICQ 5.1 that is causing the problem.

It's been a problem for me with gAIM on Windows and Linux as well since yesterday, I can assure you.

Are they going to fix it??

Actually I was wrong, Trillian is NOT sending them, so yeah it's definitely ICQ service blocking them..

Dont know if they'll be fixing it, I posted a gripe on their board, but that never seems to make a bit of difference.
