Yeah, there's no explicitly stated law. This has been gone over many, many times. It's been fought by people richer, and more inclined than I have to try to keep every penny. It just doesn't work that way.

I know first hand. Pay your taxes, pay them on time, if the accounting seems weird, get a 2nd accountant to verify the 1st.

not paying taxes is not worth it in the long run unless you have a huge income and planning on moving to a country without an extradite agreement...

You can still avoid of tax no matter do you earn little or huge money.
