I saw *The Departed* the movie
 

Probably the best movie I have seen in a long time....

I saw it too this weekend. Pretty bad ass. LOTS of people getting shot... everyone gets fucked up in this one. Check this one out. :thumbsup:

I saw a matinee last weekend. The violence was relaxing and refreshing :)

besides the violence, I thought the acting and certain looks the actors gave in certain situations were incredible....

Hollywood should def get them some awards on this, and IMO this is gonna be a classic right up there with the GodFather and Scarface...

one of the best roles ive seen leo do .... damon was great, nicholson rocked, the whole movie from start to end was entertaining.

worst movie ive seen in a long time, boring as hell.. stupid story line..

What kind of gangster could have worse aim than Nicholson's character? He tries to shoot the same guy twice (I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it), and misses both times! WTF?

I donno...I thought it drags on a lot at times..it was a long movie..you deff had to think about everything.. I dont think it's the best movie I have ever seen

I saw thatbfilm last week. Well done action/thriller film.

I thought it was solid. A bit convoluted, but still good. With respect to today's movies?
It's cinematic achievment (p.s. heard the prestige is good as well - check it out).

7.6/10 --- While a goodfellas, raging bull, etc would be a 9+/10.

The acting though in this movie...10/10, everyone stepped up.
Nicholson as usual, moreover, Dicap's performance was phenomenal.

This is just a remake of an HK film - Infernal Affairs. Not original at all.

i was about to watch this last week but i got pretty loaded on work...i read that its a good movie.
