Their PR is valid PR of 10! I'd consider buying links from them, w/o any doubt :thumbsup

Haha, it's probably the best way to get your site kicked from google. As soon as they recognize that a PR10 site is selling links, you won't profit another day from that link. Google has an internal list of sites that have high PR and can't increase other sites PR...once you sell links in such an open way, you are on this list pretty fast.
