Does anyone know where you can get a virtual/prepaid mastercard (no visa)?
It should be available right away without physical shipment. Something you can buy in a store for example. Or something like epassporte but for mastercard.

No. The Card must be shipped to a physical and verifiable U.S. street address.

I've seen then in the local supermarkets.
