It means site isnt encoded properly You can tell they are using Zend accelerator 2.0 A awesome product, they probably just didnt install it properly.
I have worked with it a little, speads up php sites a lot but if you dont know what your doing, well you see what happens

The comment about Jenna Cash statistics being statics was a joke...All Meni's sites do convert and retain customers very well...
