I don't think you should worry, there's lots of content out there with him in it. LOTS.

These people are all over the internet in thousands of movies. You may think about them differently because of what happened, sure. But I wouldn't feel guilty about using content featuring them. It's quite possible they wouldn't want you to either.

There are plenty of big sites out there still using his scenes. Not really a big deal IMO.

I do happen to notice whenever I see him in a scene and make the automatic connection. I don't know if your average surfer does though.

I think he is still human,and i think he should be threat as porn star and human after all,there is nothing bad in using that content.
I even know some production house i think in Spain wich is shoting only or a lot of HIV positive ppl,thats cool,they get support as everyone else.
