it's because they wanted to mark the protesters, so it would be easier to indentify them later...
it was a chaos yesterday, I live right there...stupid idiot protesters made $1 million damage on the streets...pretty sad

wow thats quite a few police men in that picture...but its a smart tactic then people can randomly beat the protesters up even after a few days after it ends as the coloring probably is hard to remove...

who cares about removing....I wish they could never clean their clothes...they ruined the city in the last month

As Zoltan said the coloured water is so the police know who to go after, as you are marked by the dye.

I'm sure same thing goes everywhere around the world (I mean the lies).. but it seems much worse here. our democracy is too inexperienced.

I know they all lie. I just think now and then it is good to see people not just sit back and take it. We would just bitch about it on radio call in shows and then vote them back in.
